We will then arrange to deliver your foreign exchange to your place of work at a time convenient to you.

Required Documentation
In terms of Reserve Bank and FICA regulations, the following documentation is required:
- Valid passport copy
- Proof of residential address
- Copy of a booking itinerary or booking reference number.
- A copy of an e-ticket or physical ticket. (Remember, you cannot buy forex more than 60 days in advance of your departure.)

Payment of your foreign exchange can be made by:

Delivery
FX Africa will offer a free delivery service within a 50-kilometre radius of any one of our branches, for orders over R2000. We do not charge any additional service fees on our invoices.
FX Africa Foreign Exchange will deliver to any business premises or travel agent during normal business hours.
When the FX Africa Foreign Exchange representative arrives to deliver your foreign exchange, you will need to show your original travel documents and provide them with your passport, proof of residence and international air ticket, as well as the payment for the foreign currency.
Due to the security risks inherent in dealing with foreign currency, deliveries on weekends can only be undertaken by special arrangement.
